This was our families first puppy and we were a bit nervous. Premier Pups team was great! They walked us through everything we needed to do during the first few weeks of care and getting our new puppy adjusted to his new home and us adjusting to him. We picked him up just before Christmas and the team checked in on us regularly even over the holidays to make sure everyone was adjusting. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had. Outstanding team!
